Psychotherapy sessions: are 50 minutes in length and are scheduled at a frequency of one to four times a week. Therapy requires a commitment. The more you spend working through the issues that are causing difficulty in your life, the more likely you are to achieve the results you desire.
Clinical Supervision/ Consultation: This is to provide clinical and professional guidance to interns and licenced clinicians that want to enhamce their clinical skills. The format is individual and group.

- Abuse- physical, sexual
We provide psychological evaluation services in English, Spanish, and Farsi for persons in the process of applying for residency, and appealing deportation. I work closely with clients and their attorneys to provide a comprehensive evaluation to answer the specific referral question Clients and their attorneys often request Hardship Evaluations to submit with their applications for Waivers of Ineligibility. In cases where a client is applying for Political Asylum or deportation the referral question is typically to determine level of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder the individual presents with.
This clinical group intended to enhance your clinical skills and your understanding of psychological development. The group's focus is to examine one of the basic skills necessary for effective psychotherapy - the development of listening skills. This group explores the importance of process versus content, transference, countertransference, projective identification, defenses and obstacles that interfere with a therapist's basic listening skills.
